Day 23: Petrol, Lidl and (don’t) Panic

Spending Update: Had to fork out £6.50 for the first tank of petrol since the challenge began, and £2.68 on some Lidl supplies.

Balance = £41.49 (-18.1%)

Now, I don’t want anyone to panic, but there’s been some movement in the economic apocalypse paranoia corner composite index (EAPCCI):

  1. Houses for sale on my street = 2 (0% change)
  2. Price of petrol at the Tesco down the street = 103.9p/l (0% change)
  3. Price of 1kg of spaghetti in Lidl = 79p (up 10p, +14.5%)
